"Lustre" is part of my "Pearl & Petal" collection, celebrating women's elegance and quiet strength within nature's embrace. This piece captures soft light dancing over delicate petals and pearls, evoking gentle radiance and peaceful contemplation.
Inspired by the interplay between natural beauty and feminine grace, I sought to create a meditative space where viewers find calm and connection. The tropical flowers represent resilience, while the serene figure embodies quiet strength.
Painted using the grisaille technique as a foundation, I built layers of soft color for depth and luminosity. The muted palette with vibrant floral bursts emphasizes the contrast between tranquility and life's vivid moments.
